It's the Joining/recruiting rules...
Before you ever apply to join a clan, you must look for Joining Rules thread... I bet you didn't find ours huh? If you did find ours you didn't readed it. If you readed it, you forgot to read the last rule, that say you must be 2nd dan or over to join, and the one that teach you exactly how to apply.

Try Again when you get 2nd Dan
