well,this is a nice flip-base. and I showed three moves as examples.

you realy can do much more-you can grab Uke while moving arms down, and then make halfing or decap.


and also, you can do many variations of handsands with that base. then you can spin and decap Uke etc...

A modification of first move, adds a halfing and leg-cut!

After "contract ankles":

4x press space
contract abs
8x press space

extend knees
press space

lower shoulders
press "p"
