I remember seeing a thread out there somewhere for this, but I couldn't remember the name nor where it was. What I am looking for is a way to have blood, bloodsplatter, and bruise opted 0 when the game is launched. I know its possible, I just don't remember how.

I'm not very sure, but, I believe you can set that option on steam launch options for TB.
You can type in -blood 0 & -bloodstains 0. Both have to have the "-" before the command, and it has to be 1 command first then the other.
