Just wondering if anyone knows what the most expensive texture set ever sold was and if they could get pictures

maybe you have to change the title to "The most expensive texture ever sold" Cause if you say the most expensive texture well I can sell my set for 999k if I want even there's no one gonna buy it lol

well i saw once a set in the art board that was sold for over 1million tc

wasnt a sale. it was a request, and no one ever finished it.

hanz0 has done a few 750k requests in the past
and i vaguely remember nightmare doing an 800k one

most expensive one wouldnt have been public though, and is probably around 1.2mil
Big requests tend to attract big artists, that scare away less well known texturers. then the big texturers dont finish the work and the request goes unanswered.

If I recall once someone requested a 2 mil set. It might of been faelon ( or something like that ). And I know someone did a 1.5 one, I think it was snorlax or something like that.
