Ping.EXE 100% CPU Usage
Anyone have this Problem , My laptop is Really Laggy now because of it , Would love some help , and Atm its impossible to nuke My HD and Reinstall windows.

If ping.exe is running and your not testing your internet connectivity in anyway and it is taking 100% of you CPU. It is most likely malware or some other form of virus such as a keylogger.

Scan your computer with a few virus programs and see if anything comes up.

thanks for the snappy responses.

1) its not my CPU Overheating , its just that a Ping.Exe File is using 100% of the CPU lagging my computer.

2)Mbam Comes up clean , Nothing found.
Same With Microsoft Security essentials , and TDSSKiller.

3)Is there any Way to just Remove Ping.exe? Upon Deletion it Returns in 30-60 seconds

Hmm...Seems Like to me it would be a virus Causing the effects on your computer. did you download anything recently? (Websites with major advertisements May Contain Virus Packs)

Nope , But i did have a Auto Downloading trojan : A AV2011 Antivirus v121

and i believe it installed what i have now , i removed it.

PS: for the moment i Suspend ping.exe with Process manger
