This video was meant for me to practice screen pumps, I know on the second replay there was that lingering screen pump, I already deleted the clips before i realized it.

good screen-pumps would recommend that you also have velo in your videos. You can either time remap or use Twixtor (Twixtor is the easiest and most efficient.)
would also recommend that you get better songs, songs like this don't have much to them. anyway thats my opinion hope it helped
