Don't like the scar, looks too cartoonish. If you keep it, make it darker. (i know its a wip just sayin). Also, add some eyes dammit. I know theres no room atm, but for future reference. :P

I think mouths are creepier than eyes, I don't know if you did this on purpose but it looks a bit like this monster:


Also, be carreful about the shape of the bottom of the mouse, it looks weird in-game

i like the art your making but you're kinda overdoing it. Like making almost similar textures to your previos arts and mouth for eyes looks meh' would like if you made hands around the mouth like something is making it smile(pulling it) idk just me

Definitely it's looking a bit like my Jogg-Saron head with those eye-mouths.

Great head, boring colors, experiment with the colour palette.
Anyways, top of the head is messy when mapped in a sphere, use one solid color to fix it, never shade too high. Also, mapping isn't good at all, you have to do a spheric head, preview it in game all the time; also, transitions, the back of the head is off, just bumps there, work on it. There're some other things that I'm not pointing out because it's in a early state.
