No, they were replaced by a board called the Projects section because they thought it would be easier if the community designed stuff, and this doesn't belong in discussion. =(

veb disbanded the promo-team, so the themed months, texture giveaways, bonus packs with purchases, and things like that are gone, but there are still promos.
