When you go into Toribash/Custom it shows all of the toribash players names, i know this since i could find my friends... I dont get this at all... ?? ?

those folders contain the data for the player s' tori (textures,forces,etc).they are kept there.when you find a player,the data for its tori is applied to said player.if you havent found the player before,then the game will download the data for the tori.
