head texture not work
i was made a head texture in gimp
the texture contains a transparent parts
i can see the head texture but other players not
they see totally black head



this is my texture

why other people cannot see my head tecture correctly ?

It's possible that they either a.) cannot run shaders, or b.) have transparency disabled. Either of the two will revert to displaying transparency as black.
