You want them looking like persons? If not then Fistoflife has the set you're looking for.

If your thing is really a realistic look like a human then you can ask to Gucci, he's the owner of a decent-looking human set, there are lots of people with this kind of set, don't know their name tho, hope it helps.

i believe flash has a nice anime looking ninja set, full black. idk if he has it anymore but you'll have to see.

I personally also got a pretty realistic robot set, but I guess your looking for realistic human.
Fistoflife has one of the better sets around, I think that would be the best for you.

I have done realistic heads, but not sets.

gorman has one with realistic hands/head
