Hell, i think its good. As stated in the article, sex crimes went down, which makes a lot of sense. Also, I think it's very hard to find a girlfriend who is as horny as any guy is, which is where porn comes in. It can keep guys from cheating as well.

So, if porn reduces sex crimes; why is beastiality, snuff and god forbid CP illegal?

Because the mere act of producing bestiality, snuff, or child porn is illegal. I mean the act required for production.
(well, bestiality may be legal in some states idk)

Well.. Can't count on that.. The Unicecef (Japan) has had some campaings against hentai and loli/shoutacon (underaged girls/boys) . So it seems that anime/mations won't fix anything..
