I'm a noob on forum's so, i apologize if i did something wrong.

I'm horrible at CNC but here's what I have to say.

Even if you didn't have instagib, this would still be pretty damn horrible. You were stiff and you looked like a robot. Try to hold and relax a bit more. I know it's instagib and you don't need to use much momentum to dm, but at least make the hits looks powerful. Like the first kick could have looked much more powerful if you left rotated your chest with your pecs following. There wasn't any flow into it. If you don't know how to get flow, you're basically going the direction your body wants to. To make it look good, you have to move smoothly. When you turned into a ball in 289, it just made me cringe. It looked absolutely messy and horrible.
