Hey what can i do when i buy tc from someone and send them money through paypal and the just go offline

short answer: buy from me, I never scam ppl c:

long answer: they usually don't scam. Yet it may be good to buy from a trusted member (e.g. one who's not a new yellow belt account with a very few posts).
If he still ignores you, report him A$AP (under Scam Reports section, link before he has lost all his TC.
That should usually work.
