umm.... i think thats not an ingame colour , thats a text colour

You gotta buy them from a shop/ or if your talking about shaders you need to activate shaders from util shaders if im correct

Its an in game color. The numbers before it are the in-game colors and after is the color codes.

You could also confirm that by going to what firebolty posted.
