This would teach u like how to do 3 or 4 flips.
Match frames: 1000 Turn frames: 70 Engage distance: 100

Extending Abs
Extend Both Pecs
Raise Both Shoulders
Extend Both Hips
Extend Both Knees
Extend Both Ankles

2. 2 spaces = 140

3.Extend Both Elbows
Holding both hips
Contracting both knees

4. 2 spaces = 140

5.Contracting Abs
Contract both pecs
lower both shoulders
Extending both knees

6. 1 space = 70

7.Raise both shoulders
contract both hips

8. 2 spaces: 140

9.contract both knees

10. 1 space = 70

11.Extend both knees

12. 2 spaces = 140

13.lower both shoulders

14. 1 space = 70

15.Extending Abs
Raising both shoulders
Extending both hips.
