Mugen is a 2d fighting game like street fighter. You can make your own characters. And by that i don't mean some cheap online came with set hair styles and stuff. You use photoshop on this. And you can make your own stage backgrounds too.

MUGEN is pretty damn awesome. Making characters is tedious though, I just play others.
