also... does judo dismemberment have to be so weak? i never found it fitting since the early versions of this game..

The wiki is down for development and Judo is it's own mod. if you don't like it, play a different one.

I heard the wiki was bugged or something

You can just change the game rules on your judo to make the dismembership threshold higher
