i bough a elf dq NO-QI for 40k,but when i tried to send it to my fiend it says "Failed: Elf DQ - Sorry, recipient only has 4087 qi!"

what to do to send it?i cant send it but its NO-QI,HELP

The no qi effect on items will only work on the 1st buyer of the no-qi items.
After it has been in your inventory, the Qi restriction will activate back and that's why you cant send it to users with lower Qi.

so ur saying that people cant send the NO-QI item which they bough?so great i wasted 40k for only me <.<

Don't complain about it, there is no qi items, (except packs) there's just no qi transfers, and marketeers have clearly stated that it's not no qi item, just a no qi transfer.

some items require qi

This is right.
But you can still send it to people with the amount of qi that you will usually need

i said i bough no-qi item so the no-qi item dosent need qi as it named,ur saying ABOUT the elf and demon pure and void items which only 10th dan/upper can use,im talking about the no-qi item

i guess...its no qi for buyer only

maybe the person who only buys the no qi restriction items can use it
