Shader problem
Hello, ive got a problem with shaders.
I'm using a pretty decent computer atm, not really a high end gaming computer.
When i check the box "shaders" and click ok. It restarts, and shaders are off.
I've also tried manually setting shaders to 1 via the default.cfg

Anyway i can turn on shaders?

your computer is not for graphics like the mac or alien ware those are see you can put all the settings high and it would run as fluint as it doese normally see i play toribash with a mac its perfect! your computer is not good at all for this its not good for anything just by a mac and sell that peice of crap

What? If you say this computer is shit then you are completely wrong, it runs great without shaders. I'm perfectly sure i can run with shaders.

Btw Mac is overpriced, overhyped and very shit.

Now now ladies, lets not start a PC vs Mac war.
Isseth: Try unticking the following;
-Fluid Blood
-Reflections
-Soft Shadows
-Ambient Occlusion
-Bump-mapping
-Raytracing

Then tick Shaders, and see how you go from there.

Well first of all make sure your graphics card has shader model 2.0 or higher, if not toribash will always turn shaders off again, if it does and it still doesn't work update your video card's drivers.

yeah i had to untick a few of those to work on my laptop.

hey i have a dell insperon 1501 and i cant run shaders i.e my experience is limited

any sugestions?

Get a graphics card that isn't made by Intel.
