ive done the surveys but not got any

You need to wait a bit.
Make sure you have really done the survey too.

Some require emails and some personal information.

Others don't work sometimes.

I believe it can take up to a few days to receive?

Anyways, I do not do surveys, I do not like them at all.

Anyway, many people have these kinds of problems by doing surveys. Make sure you have done the survey 'till the end, and wait. There's nothing else to do with that.

You can try to post in the survey thread, too, but dont expect that much help from there.
