Free name change.
I do not want to get banned for impersonation.

I also don't want to lose my join date.

I have seen others get name changes do to things like this.

Are you an admin?

If the name is in violation to the rule then it should be changed for free.

I didn't know at the time that there was a doxxy/doxsez therefor I should not be punished for impersonation but just able to pic a new name.

He is way more popular and known them I am.

I am pretty sure I have seen you around but I didn't know that you existed till a couple months after I made the acc.
