The opener is pretty good because it's original but I think could have looked better. At 450 frames your arms are too close to your legs.
It looks weird when your body is so close together.
The kick is nice and quick. Try and use less grabs tho when you are kicking
The kick to the legs was fine but then you jumped in the air and lost balance (Ghosted for a few turns too!)
Weird twitching at 145 and the arms were raised for a good 200 frames. Your movements just did not flow. The ending hits are pretty nice but I think you could have done a little bit more damage than that
Not a bad replay but you need to work on some stuff. Try and learn boom hits and make your tori flow better.

All Im going to say is you have ALOT of work to do. Just keep practicing like you are and watch good players play.
If you analyse their replays you can see how they do certain things in certain situations and learn how to fix your mistakes.

So lets get started.
Your opener is very weird, I don't have many problems with it apart from your elbows being so contracted that its disgusting.
Also your ankles being contracted looks weird and unrealistic. In real life when you stand, do you stand on your heels?
It doesn't look right in game either. At around 728 your body looks retarded. The abs are over extended and your body language is fucked.
Around 704 your body continues to get more fucked up. Dude look a t your abs and lumbar. Also that right leg looks broken.
You are a HUMAN/Goblin thing, not the girl from the exorcist so stop distorting your body.679. Are you kidding me? I don't know how you managed it but you look even worse than 704 xD.
Plus you grabbed Hamadawana... There is 1 main reason you NEVER grab in a spar. It ruins your friends ghost so that they can't play at their best.
