That's until you get used to it. Just practice more and you'll see that you can move better in -30.
You need to DM every joint so as ankles and wrists ...

the most important tip is that the best way do get it done is to make everything symethrical, look in a book of records how it's done, you will figure it out.
I nevere tried full dm tho ...
too complicated for me.

I put it every time on -30 when it's about too free-run and realism replays, it's easy you will catch is fast so do Zalmo did :P

Personally i think the best way of making replays is Tamer0's way
he only do simple decap low gravity punch pose and done ;)
but his positioning to decap is perfect and everything.
