Nice WIP.
You two made a good detail, it is pretty realistic.
Just some things, the ear is not realistic enough and bumped.
the shading colors looks too light sometimes.
remember black for shadows and white for highlights.
the form of the object when the light hit it is made of midtones of colors,
in your case grays.
try not to use black and white even if grayscale, the result is different.
