Googled Pumba and found Meam's avatar. It had a transparent background, but when you upload an image straight from a website, the forum automatically resizes it but adds a white background. I took it upon myself to fix it up :>

No,actually the toribash forum doesn't allow transparent avatars, and animated gifs. They are only for guys with prime. Bleagh... stupid shit.

So you have to add the forum background colour, this greyish white gray so it looks transparent.
