Any one of Wacom's products, really, but to begin with, i'd suggest a low-end one. Either an old-ass Bamboo from eBay or such (they don't sell those officially any more, but i have a Bamboo Pen, it works fine), or an
Intuous Draw, which is actually pretty damn cheap for an up to date tablet, and has a slightly larger drawing area than a Bamboo.
A few things to note: First of all, it WILL take some getting used to, even if you're experienced on paper (expect to be flailing around for a week or two). Drawing on a tablet is similar, but not identical. Secondly, note that a small tablet (which pretty much all low-end models are) can be a bit hard to control on a large monitor, thanks to the "scaling" of your motions. It's mostly just a matter of getting used to it, however.
