Thirdly:The guy says he lost his old acc. I would like to know how so I can declare him full-time idiot or not.

1. he forgot to put

2. He is just "excited" about this you know , hes not acting like this all the time , applying for a clan first time in a long time etc

If you LOST your acc, that means you have not been playing a year. Half a year tops, otherwise you would've had your old acc, just with a few months of erased data. Just sayin'...
