My current end game build... lmfao is all I have to say.

Was playing Samson on Hard Mode. Ended up getting:

Triple shot
Chocolate Milk
Ipecac
Rubber Cement
Tech 2

and many other good items. This run was redic funny.

Too bad I suck to much to make anything out of my luck, still lost that run cause I didn't have the damage to kill anything. (Not a single damn damage up the entire game).

It would have been better if you were The Lost and you got that. Its godly on a lost run, and so is 9 lives.
