Not too bad. Try to lower the eyes a little bit. Do you use a template? If not you should, it will help you improve your skills. Click. Just make that the top layer (so you can always see it), make it transparent-ish (65 works), and scale it up to whatever size the image you're working with is. Then, before you scale it down, delete that layer.

i made my first heads using the template and now i just try to keep everything near the center. it works thru trial and error really well
