Reasons being: You are a smallish clan, so I can get to know you all quick and well. I already know most of the names, though i'd like to get to know you beyond just the name. I quit my clan, as I don't think I was doing a very job leading it, it wasn't going anywhere and we were inactive. I think I want to take a rest from leading, and instead chill as a normal member of a clan.
