doesnt farming mean something along the lines of: making multiple accounts and using them on noob servers for easy tc?

Usually it's like just being in a private server with a friend or, as you said, another account (just get what I mean) and winning quickly by making your opponent do nothing or use a farming mod or something, as long as it gives a lot money in a short amount of time.
Shortly: Your opponent doesn't do anything, defeat him/her, get money, repeat...
