well i get that part, but why would somebody do that and why is it called "bump"

ok, all of you guys, get this straight. In the market, you ARE allowed to bump, but a reasonable one, not in a thread where the last posy was like 3 weeks ago. another rule is that you can only bump after 24hours. that is what i did and i got banned. read the market rules... :/
