Link why not just make a different thread for the event? Plus isn't there a event thread already?

I made a thread for the event on the private board.
I can make a copy of it for the general public, if needed.

There's not much to post, due to the fact we've just started planning.
More or less just says that I'll edit the post as more details are presented.
