You should build a bit more damage imo. Get a triforce instead of a Frozen Mallet and also pick up a LW as your last item.

Wouldn't LW be a bleh item for Darius if he already has passive armor pen?

Just don't ever. Ever. Ever. EVER. Trade with him. And you win lane. He pushes you farm at tower. Basic laning.
Your jungler should be camping your lane the entire game however.
