Meaning he is fun to use but eventually gets boring. He is not someone you would want to play 50 matches in a row with.

I don't think anyone is worth playing 50 matches in a row with.

Also, I'm gonna be spending all my ip right now on runes. Is J4 worth 975 RP?

Can anyone help with jungling tips?
I just had to do it for the first time, and it was quite challenging, I finished positive in the end, and got first kill from a good gank on top.
But I don't know how I should do it? Should I start red or blue? Where should I go after?
I play Jax as jungle, he's really my only decent jungling character.

Jax usually starts at blue. Now if you jungle as a champ with energy or no mana then usually you would start at red(only if its a AD champion).

Start wolfs then blue. Get a hard leash perferably save your smite for red.

or be even funnier and get a hard leash and wait at THEIR red, take THEIR red with smite and kill the shit outta them (only if you are good at smite-stealing objectives and have a champ who can kill them). Also just watch their mid and top/bot lanes, if they disappear then GTFO, don't care if you got a kill or not, or got red or not, just GTFO or you will die.
