I like it, but demotion should be before suspension....

I'm still suggesting the no warning ban thing. I really don't want no previous warnings. I'm a strict man, indeed I am.

Oh, and I'm trying to improve X by toughening them up.

ok with all this information heres what ive come up with...

there should be 4 x's (good idea hlmaster)

1st- Warning from co-leader or above
2nd- suspended from clan (1 week)
you get kicked then after 1 week apply to rejoin
3rd- demotion (also great idea)
4th- God forbid if this happens to you but i think you get banned. :o

i think these 4 wud be the best
because
1 x = very rtarded
2 x's = too strict
3 x's = good but with the 4 we can get our point across better and by the 3rd x i doubt anyone would even dare think about spam.
Thus 4 x's is the best choice.
