That banner has nothing related to "Pandora" which is (according to wikipedia):

Graffiti on a brick wall just doesn't resembles that. Your editing skillz's is pretty decent, though. You have potential. Also, a banner, if I may say, doesn't have to be that big. Make it simple, brief and pretty.
