well im pretty sure your english is quite well but anyway
english navy can earn tc only by attacking pirates, and english navy can get final prize only if they collect golden skull pieces from pirates.. so they cant attack ports or merchant ships ( some kind of npc by bojan )
but in they lost a fight ( like lost clan war ) they will respawn after 2 days ( real 2 days )
okay short version
-english navy can get tc only by destroying pirates
-english navy cant collect golden skull or tc from merchant ships
+english navy is kinda immortal, so no need to pay for respawn
so basicly english navy can get golden skull only by destroying pirates who have it
and pirates
+pirates can get tc from towns/merchant ships ( kinda npc )
+pirates can collect golden skull to fight for a main prize (260k )
+pirates can destroy other pirates and get their gold
-if pirates ship is destroyed you must buy new ( pay again ) so thats a risk.

basicly english navy doin a good job ;p destroying pirates means tc will stay in bojan's pocket so he will be able to make another event or more events at all ;p
and earning tc for destroying pirates ;p
