The Japanese don't use that word very often "Anata". It's seen as rude or something. You would use a person's name in place of "You".
So your sentence should be:
Genki desu, RtMDL wa?
It's confusing at first, but you get used to it eventually.
「あなた」is not a rude word but 「あんた」is.
Because 「あなた」is a word to use when talking to people you don't know their name. Well, in this case you can see our Usernames and just simply add 「さん」to it.
Like: 「ConConさん元気ですか?」
While「あんた」is just like calling people like you're above their level/more superior or angry at them.
Well, that's what I heard from a Japanese friend of mine.
