I was able to get 12 achievements on a reg server, it's not hard

The craft for the new wrench is one scrap metal with one ambassador. I don't know the crafts for the others (If there are any) but you can get them in drops.

the engie achievments are pretty easy

I'm sad they took away mini level 3 sentries though : (
