They are available. I can't say where (since there are some copyright issues), but they are available, if u know what I mean.
Download freeware version of CDisplay (that's for reading e-comics) and google a lot.

I have a better idea William. Go here and get Dropbox, then make a folder called comics and share it with me. I'll then send u some good comics.
Dropbox is like shared folder that is on some server and u can access contents of it from any computer on which u have (or don't have, it's not strict) installed Dropbox client.
