Cevius. The god of art in my honest opinion, this man is an example to every texturer.
Zaarock, some awesome graphics and one of my main examples in art, shame he's sort of stopped doing art on TB.
Avwave, master of vectoring, can make anything from scratch.
Monobi, this guy has some serious talent for making photorealistic heads.
MacPerfect, a good all round graphics guy, I adopted a lot of things from his style.

Then there's ofcourse, Mantrain, Mrama, Novitech and a lot of people I probably didn't mention, oh and me
