I've been really slacking off when it comes to replays lately, but feel free to pm some replays where you think you need the most help and I can give you some pointers and general tips.

also we should recreate the member list with the guys that we have now, and if any others from the past org show up we can add them. You know, to filter out all of the dead players and so we'll have a fresh list if that makes any sense
