Nope, you didn't get it because almost nobody has :P It has to be added manually, so to give it to everyone would take very, very long time that I'm guessing skulfuk cba to give (I know I wouldn't be able to :P). The achievement is basically reserved for people who have had a significant impact on the org, or just know who to ask, and how to ask it.

I will change your name on the roster though :P I like this one better.
