Draco, I'd say that you should get something warm and probably dark. Shaman/cobra could be quite ok.
Though, gaia looks quite decent with it too.
pharos/sapphire/typhon/maya have a good match too.
Oh, sphinx goes really well with radioactive(though, ecto is better with that color)
neptune and viridian are quite good too.
For a sort of psychedelic effect you could use noxious force too.
Or, if you want to burn everyone's eyes, use toxic. The best friggin' match. Toxic and radioactive. It's like... A strong visual weapon against the enemy before the fight even starts, lol.
Edit: oh, just realised you're poor. In that case I'd go for gaia or noxious.

how did i not notice that,neptune is just a barely brighter aqua... thank you for pointing that out, i'll end up spending less tc for about the same results(i'm currently[and slowly] buying a blue set). for some reason,the first Neptune item i saw was the ghost, which for some reason looked kinda dark-ish(maybe i wasn't paying attention) when i first saw it
