No idea, but most top players are russians. :P
Maybe ghetto computers require games with ghetto graphic support. That's Soviet Russia for you.

i think that the "Professional Russians" who really are good players are usually cool people and speak english and dont flood the chat. am i right?

Yeah, Russians and Germans, mostly. But almost all of the top players can speak english, other then the in-game n00bs and such.
