i find rengar can suck a dick when versing a compentent jax.

Rengar destroys Jax in lane. He just has so much control with the no cooldown pounce, epic Q burst, CC for ganks and a 15% heal that can also clear waves.

No.
If jax is half smart and has any reaction time he'll start his stun as soon as rengar flys out of the bush. Then chase him back in for free harass. Then well rengar is recharging his double Q his dodge will come back on cooldown. A good jax beats rengar. But good jax's are rare.
