Calm down. I am 2200 elo, when I was 1900, I played with 1600 elo players, and they aren't as bad as you are making them out to be, they kept up with me quite well.
Let me tell you this: Elo doesnt matter until 1600+. Don't look down on other players just because you're a higher elo.
