Well, i agree with him, i find the difference from 1500 to 1700 very big, so 1900 difference should be huge

People leave the game at 1200 at start -> you lose elo
people troll, then leave the game at 1100 just because they died and its 0/1/0 -> you lose elo
continuously losing elo because someone did troll or did lose his lane even with ganks

call me wrong, but how this can be my fault?

Ive once got a low elo account and got it to 1380~(hardly ever losing, actually i think i got the lee sin winrate of the account sky-high) before i stopped playing and gave it to a friend
so its possible for me to win but not you guys :v
also, at low elo, even winning 3v5 is possible.
My advice, if you truly get better than you already are then youll see incerease in elo, i was 1000 elo myself.
